After you’ve successfully completed all the stages, you receive an e-mail containing the details of your profile’s activation on the Mentoly platform. You will need to establish effective communication with us, fill in your profile on the website and read the information about the website’s usage policy.

You need to fill in your profile on the website in order to make it possible for the clients of our service to find you as a therapist in our catalog on their own, as well as for being a part of our automatic algorithm of selection. To do that, please enter your personal account at Mentoly’s from your PC or laptop and fill in all the mandatory data. As soon as you complete filling in the profile, please, send us a letter so we add you to our catalog. Also, make sure to check in several days after you send us a letter that your profile is correctly shown on our website. We also pay your attention to the fact that if you have any changes in the format of your work, receiving new education, broadening the zones of your competencies, or changing the work in this or that topic in the future, you can make the proper changes in your personal account on your own.

You’re able to change the working schedule in your personal account on your own. But if you’d like to go on vacation, stop the customer inflow from us, or take a break, please inform us immediately so we change the information in your profile, which your clients will see.
